The Key Differentiator

1. Quick & Easy Installation
Flexible sensor tubing is installed directly inside the extractor hood, right above high-risk cooking zones. Pressurized with dry nitrogen at 16 bar, the tubing is extremely heat-sensitive—ready to react instantly.

2. Early Fire Detection
If a fire breaks out, the heat (around 175°C) causes the tubing to burst at the hottest point—allowing precise and immediate detection right where the fire starts.

3. Instant Suppression
The pressure drop from the burst activates a special valve, releasing Class F extinguishing agent directly into the cooking area. The fire is suppressed within seconds, minimizing damage and preventing kitchen downtime.
